What should I do if I believe my medication has been shorted by the pharmacy?

Shortages are extremely rare since vials are machine dispensed according to your prescription. If you suspect a shortage, please submit a report within 24 hours of receiving your medication. Include a photo of the sealed vial top, along with all packaging and instructions received from the pharmacy. We are unable to investigate or assist with any claims once the seal has been removed.

My tracking number says it was delivered, but I did not receive it. What do I do?

If your tracking number indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, contact our support team within 24 hours. Provide your tracking number, a photo of your front door, and the missing package claim number filed with the carrier. Please note that orders delivered to the address on file during enrollment are final and cannot be returned. If the package was stolen after delivery, a police report is required for replacements.

Can I choose my pharmacy? I have a specific request.

To keep costs low for our valued customers, prescriptions are automatically routed to our trusted partner pharmacies based on factors such as prescription and dosage, state and location, and current fill times. At this time, we cannot accommodate specific pharmacy requests. Rest assured, all partner pharmacies are licensed 503a sterile compounding facilities bound by FDA guidance, thoroughly vetted and meet our high compliance standards, including submitting COA and 3P batch and lot-specific testing to ensure compliance and quality.

I don’t want/like the medication. Am I eligible for a refund?

As prescription medications are compounded specifically for you, they cannot be returned. This policy is in place because compounded medications are tailored to meet your individual health needs based on your healthcare provider’s prescription. Once the medication has been prepared, it cannot be reused or resold, ensuring that the highest standards of safety and hygiene are maintained.

My package arrived warm/hot! What should I do?

Our pharmacy partners compounded medications are compounded to maintain sterility and potency and ship aligned with temperature and stability testing they have completed. While there is no refrigeration in carrier trucks, the medication remains stable. Each pharmacy has completed studies to ensure this. After puncturing, please refrigerate the medication.
